Pergola in Katy, TX

Recently completed in Katy, TX, this outdoor project features an extended concrete patio, a custom cedar-stained pergola with a durable Hercules poly roof, new gutters, and a 12-zone sprinkler system.

The concrete patio extension adds valuable square footage for outdoor dining, lounging, and entertaining, creating a seamless flow from the back door into the yard. The cedar-stained pergola not only provides shade and visual warmth but, paired with the Hercules poly roof, also offers protection from sun and rain so the space can be enjoyed in more types of weather.

To support the new hardscape and protect the home, seamless gutters were installed to manage roof runoff and direct water away from the patio and foundation. Rounding out the project, a 12-zone sprinkler system was added to deliver efficient, even coverage across the lawn and landscaped areas, helping keep the Katy, TX property healthy and green with minimal maintenance.
